Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery for the following reasons: products received damaged, defective, or torn; wrong size, color, or design delivered (not matching product images); incorrect item shipped; or duplicate orders received. Products not eligible for return include change of mind purchases, worn/washed/altered garments, hygiene-related products with removed inner linings, custom-made or personalized orders, items missing original tags/labels, clearance/sale items marked “Final Sale,” and all international orders to GCC countries (UAE, KSA, Qatar).
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days via WhatsApp at +91 99033 41866 or email erumnaseem989@gmail.com with subject “RETURN REQUEST – Order #[Your Order Number].” We issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24 hours containing return shipping instructions and quality inspection guidelines. Package the product in its original condition with tags attached, include the invoice copy and RMA number, and ship to our Kolkata returns address. Customers pay return shipping charges except in cases of damaged or wrong items shipped by us.
Refund Processing
All returns undergo a 48-hour quality inspection including visual checks for wear/wash marks, fabric integrity testing, stitching verification, size measurement confirmation, and original packaging review. Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking). Full refunds apply to manufacturer faults, damaged products, or wrong items shipped. Partial refunds (10-30% deduction) apply to minor defects or damaged accessories only. Non-refundable items include return shipping charges, original shipping fees, customization charges, and late return requests.
Exchange Policy
Size and color exchanges are available free of charge within 7 days for India orders. Request exchanges by WhatsApping a photo of the product with your desired size/color. We provide a free exchange shipping label and dispatch the new product within 48 hours of receiving the return. One-time exchange per order is permitted, provided the product remains in original condition.
Dealer & Wholesale Returns (B2B)
Dealers and distributors receive special return terms: first-time sample orders qualify for full refunds if defective; bulk orders have 5% tolerance for minor defects; minimum return value is ₹2000 (excluding shipping); 10-day return window for business accounts; credit notes issued for future purchases preferred over cash refunds; and GST-compliant invoices valid for all returns.
International Orders (GCC Countries)
Orders to UAE, KSA, and Qatar are not eligible for returns due to customs and export regulations. We offer pre-shipment video inspection upon request and require mandatory size confirmation before dispatch. Replacement shipping is at customer expense.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned: custom-stitched abayas based on provided measurements, personalized embroidery orders, undergarments/inner linings, products used for commercial photoshoots, clearance/sale items marked “Final Sale,” gift cards, and digital downloads.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled for 100% refund if requested within 2 hours of placement by contacting +91 99033 41866. Cancellations after dispatch are not possible; standard return policy applies upon delivery.
Quality Inspection Process
Every return undergoes comprehensive inspection: visual examination for usage marks, fabric integrity testing, stitching quality verification, size accuracy confirmation, and original packaging verification. Inspection results determine refund approval: APPROVED returns receive full/partial refunds; REJECTED returns are shipped back to customers at their expense.
