1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our e-commerce website https://alfashion.in/ (“Website”), all purchases made through it, and our business relationship with retail customers, dealers, and distributors. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Al Fashion Abaya reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with 30 days notice posted on the Website.

2. Order Acceptance & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, stock unavailability, payment fraud suspicion, or legal restrictions. Displayed prices include GST but exclude shipping charges unless stated otherwise. Dealer pricing requires verified business credentials and is subject to minimum order quantities. Final order confirmation occurs upon payment receipt and stock allocation.

3. Payment Terms
Payments are accepted via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and bank transfers through PCI DSS compliant gateways (Razorpay, PayU, CCAvenue). Full payment is required before order processing. Dealers may qualify for credit terms after 3 successful transactions and KYC verification. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). International orders (GCC) support local payment methods where available. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times displayed are estimates only. Standard delivery within India takes 3-7 business days; GCC countries 7-14 business days. We partner with DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery (India) and DHL, FedEx (international). Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and order value. Free shipping applies to orders above ₹2999 (India only). Delays due to courier issues, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances remain beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery handover.

5. Ownership & Risk
Title to goods remains with Al Fashion Abaya until full payment is received. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address. Customers are responsible for inspecting packages upon receipt and reporting issues immediately.

6. Product Descriptions & Images
We strive for accurate product descriptions, sizes, colors, and images. However, slight variations may occur due to photographic lighting, monitor settings, or fabric characteristics. Nida fabric may have natural texture variations. Sizes follow standard Indian charts but customer measurement confirmation is recommended. All products undergo quality checks before dispatch.

7. Intellectual Property
All Website content including images, videos, product designs, logos, and trademarks belong exclusively to Al Fashion Abaya. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Dealers granted permission to use product images for resale must maintain watermarking and credit attribution.

8. User Accounts
Customer accounts require accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, or unpaid balances.

9. Dealer & Wholesale Terms
Dealers must complete KYC verification including GSTIN, business proof, and bank details. Minimum order values apply: ₹5000 for first orders, ₹10000 for subsequent bulk orders. Territory exclusivity granted only for Platinum dealers achieving monthly targets. Credit terms available after 3 paid transactions. Sample orders non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.

10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: use the Website for illegal purposes; post false reviews; attempt unauthorized access; use automated tools for scraping; resell products outside authorized territories; or engage in fraudulent payment activities. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability
Al Fashion Abaya’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product causing the issue. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss. Products sold “as-is” after quality inspection. Fabric shrinkage, color bleeding, or allergic reactions remain customer responsibility.

12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond reasonable control.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Indian law, specifically the laws of West Bengal. Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata. Customers agree to attempt resolution through customer support before legal proceedings. Arbitration available for dealer disputes under Indian Arbitration Act.

14. Cancellation Policy
Orders cancellable within 2 hours of placement for 100% refund. Contact +91 99033 41866 immediately. Post-dispatch cancellations not permitted; Return Policy applies.

15. Third-Party Links & Services
Website links to third-party sites (payment gateways, shipping trackers) are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services.
